The Waters Xevo TQ MS is designed for quantitative UPLC-MS analyses. In the Xevo TQ MS the traditional quadrupole collision cell is exchanged with a ScanWave collision cell to provide enhanced spectral data acquisition capabilities. Tandem quadrupoles are generally considered as the best instrument for quantitative analysis, giving good detection and quantification limits and a broad linear range. With the new RADAR acquisition approach you are able to collect highly specific quantitative data for target compounds while you still have the possibility to visualize other components in the sample. The Waters Xevo TQ MS is coupled to a Waters Acquity UPLC. The Acquity UPLC reduces both time and cost per sample in your analytical process while improving the quality of the results compared to traditional HPLC's. The UPLC gives a wider range of linear velocities, flow rates and backpressures, giving you higher efficiency in your analyses.
